Drawing the diagram according to the given information,

Anil (A) is in the 11th position from the left and Bhushan (B) is in the 10th position from the right.

After interchanging places, Anil (A) becomes 18th from the left.

So,

Bhushan (B) was also 18th from the left.

So, there are 17 persons on the left of B and 9 persons to the right of A.

17 + 9 + 1 = 27

There are 27 people in the row.

Now, 27 – 2 = 25 (Anil and Bhushan are eliminated) so there are 25 persons in row other than Anil and Bhushan.
