The minimum age of the applicants as of 1st January 2025 must be as follows:

• Maximum age: 35 years

Note: As per the directive of the Chhattisgarh High Court (Order dated January 22, 2025), candidates who are not enrolled as advocates under the Advocates Act, 1961, are now provisionally eligible to apply. However, this eligibility remains subject to the final decision of the court.
