Given:

B is at the extreme right end.

A is 10th to the left of B.

A has 3 persons on the left.

Here,

Rank of A from the right = 11^th

Rank of A from the left = 3 persons on the left of A + A's rank = 3 + 1 = 4^th

So, the total number of persons = Rank of A from the left + Rank of A from the right- 1

= 4 + 11 - 1 = 14.

Here, the total number of persons in the row is 14.

Hence, the correct answer is "14".
