Concept:

The energy of the photon using Einstein relation is given by:

\(E=hν \)

With c = ν λ

The energy equation can also be written as:

\(E=h\frac{c}{\lambda }\)

c = velocity of light

ν = frequency of the light photon

λ = wavelength of the photon or color, taken into consideration

So, E ∝ ν 

or \(E\propto\frac{1}{\lambda}\)

The order of the increasing wavelength of the colors is:
