Why TSPSC AEE Normalization?
The TSPSC AEE Normalization Scheme is needed to adjust the scores of the candidates on the basis of various factors like number of candidates appearing in a particular shift, difficulty level of each shift, total number of shifts, etc. Even if the board tries its best to make identical papers, it is not possible as TSPSC AEE is being conducted in multiple shifts for multiple days.
