The Directorate of Governance Reforms (DGR)Punjab Eligibility criteria must be fulfilled by every candidate who wishes to apply for the posts released by the Organization.The DGR Punjab Eligibility criteria include age limit, educational qualifications, experience, nationality, number of attempts, etc.
- The DGR Punjab Recruitment has invited applications to fill up a vacancy of 293 posts for Senior System Manager, Assistant Manager, Technical Assistant, and System Manager.

Senior System Manager: Candidates with B.E./ BTech and MBA should have 09 years of experience and candidates with a Master’s Degree and MBA should have 11 years of experience.
System Manager: Candidates with B.E./ BTech and MBA should have 04 years of experience and candidates with a Master’s Degree and MBA should have 06 years of experience.
Assistant Manager: No prior experience is needed for candidates with B.E./B.Tech. Candidates with a Master's Degree must possess two years of experience.
Technical Assistant: No prior experience needed for candidates with B.E./B.Tech. Candidates with a Master's Degree must possess two years of experience.
DGR Punjab Eligibility Criteria - Important Points
The candidates must keep the following points in mind when they are applying for the DGR Punjab posts.
- Apart from the educational qualifications, candidates applying for DGR Punjab posts must have qualified in the Punjabi language up to matric standard or, must have passed the Punjab language Proficiency test held by the Department of Languages, Punjab.
- Eligibility criteria for disabled applicants are a permanent disability of 40% or above. Reservations for all the categories will be provided as per the State Government reservation policy.
- Age relaxation equal to the length of Military Service will be given to the Ex-Servicemen. Further relaxation of up to 3 years may also be provided.
