List of Exam Centers of TNPSC Group 3

The written examination will be conducted at fifteen (15) district centres only on 28th January 2023. The Written Examination will be held at the following Centres:

Note: Applicant shall choose any two of the above centres for appearing for writing the examination. Applicants will be allotted a venue in one of these two District Centres. However, Differently Abled Persons applicants with benchmark disability (40% and above) will be permitted to choose one District Centre.

TNPSC Group 3 Exam Pattern and Selection Process 2023 

Candidates must go through the TNPSC Group 3 Exam Pattern and Selection Process before starting their preparation. The candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained in the Written Exam. We have shared the detailed exam pattern below:

• There will be two parts in the exam
• Part A will be qualifying in nature and the candidates have to score 60 marks as minimum qualifying marks.
• Only marks scored in part B will be taken for final consideration.
• Both parts carry 150 marks each.
• The question paper will be of total 300 marks.
• Each question carries 1.5 marks.
• The Total time duration of the examination is 3 hours.

Note: 

Minimum Qualifying Marks in part A – 60 marks (40% of 150).

Minimum qualifying Marks for Selection for All Communities: 90
