TS PGECET 2025 Exam: Application Dates Out, Exam Dates, Notification

The TS PGECET 2025 admit card will be available for download from June 7, 2025. Candidates must carry a print out of the admit card and a valid photo ID to the exam centre. JNTU Hyderabad began TS PGECET 2025 registration on February 3, 2025. Applications were open from March 17 to May 19, 2025. The Computer Based Test (CBT) is scheduled from June 16 to 19, 2025. TS PGECET is held annually for admission to postgraduate programs like ME, M.Tech, M.Pharm, M.Planning, M.Arch, and PharmD (PB) in Telangana. TS PGECET Exam 2025: How to Apply Online?

TS PGECET Exam 2025 Application Fees

The application fees for applying for TG PGECET EXAM 2025 is Rs. 1000 for the candidate belonging to the general candidate and Rs. 500 for the candidates falling under the reserved category (ST/SC/PWD). The details regarding the application fee are provided below in this table.

TS PGECET Exam 2025 Selection Process

According to the notification the candidates who have qualified GATE/GPAT will be given preference in admission to various PG courses in the Institutions/Colleges of the State of Telangana. Whatever seats are left after the seats are allocated to GATE/GPAT qualified candidates will be filled by allotting it to the candidates who have appeared for the TG PGECET exam subject to the rank obtained by them as per merit order. Computer-Based Test (CBT)

The TG PGECET is conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The exam lasts for 2 hours, featuring 120 objective-type questions in English only. Each correct answer is awarded 1 mark, and there is no negative marking, ensuring candidates can attempt all questions without fear of penalties.

• M.TECH COURSE- only the candidates who have qualified their B. Tech. and B.E degree examinations shall be eligible to apply for this course.
• M.PHARMA. COURSE- the candidates must possess a B.Pharma. or equivalent degree from a recognized university or institution in order to be eligible for this course.
• M.ARCH. COURSE- candidate should have a B.Arch. or equivalent degree from a recognized university or institution to be eligible for this course.
• D.PHARMA. COURSE- the candidate must possess a 3-year B.Pharma. degree from any recognized university or institute to be eligible for this course.
• MINIMUM MARKS- all the candidates who wish to appear for this exam should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in case of general category and 45% in case of reserved category in their qualifying examination to be eligible for taking TG PGECET EXAM 2025-2025.
• NATIONALITY- a candidate who is an Indian citizen and holds a domicile certificate is eligible to appear for this exam.
