For value of X.

X : 44

→ (X ÷ 2) + 10 = 44

→ (X ÷ 2) = 44 - 10

→ X = 34 × 2

→ X = 68

Now for value of Y.

72 : Y

→ (72 ÷ 2) + 10

→ 36 + 10

→ 46.

Thus, value of X is 68 and value of Y is 46.

Hence, the correct answer is "Option 4".
