SBI CBO Eligibility 2025

The government examinations have certain eligibility that must be fulfilled by the interested candidates applying for the post or appearing in the examination. For the SBI CBO Eligibility 2025, it is mandatory to satisfy all the eligibility such as age limit, nationality, working experience, and educational qualification to be eligible for the post of Circle Based Officer. 

SBI CBO Age Limit (30.04.2025)

Candidates who are appearing for the SBI CBO Examination must check the SBI CBO age limit before applying to the portal online. According to the eligibility of SBI CBO, candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age as of 30.04.2025, i.e., born not earlier than 01.05.1995 and not later than 30.04.2004 (both dates inclusive).

SBI CBO Educational Qualification 2025

Candidates applying for the SBI CBO post must fulfil the SBI CBO Educational Qualification which is to have a graduation degree from any recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government of India. 

SBI CBO Experience 2025

For the post of SBI Circle Based Officer, candidates must have an experience of 2 years minimum as an officer in any Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank.

SBI CBO Local Language 

Candidates who are applying for the SBI CBO post must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in their chosen local language of the State. The test of local language will be conducted to assess the candidate’s knowledge which is a part of the selection process Those candidates who produce their 10/12th result or certificates in support of having knowledge about their selected local knowledge will not have to appear for the local language test. 

SBI CBO Reservation 2025

People with benchmark disabilities will only be eligible for the reservation. To define benchmark disability, a person with not less than 40% of specified disability in which the disability cannot be measured and certified by the certifying authorities. The candidates who want to avail of these benefits must submit a disability certificate issued by the Competent Authority as per the Government of India guidelines.
