Is there any relaxation as to the Age Limit for Delhi Judicial Services?
Yes. Any applicant who hails from SC/ST/PWD sections is given 5 years of relaxation in the age limit.
I am physically impaired. Am I eligible for any benefit from the Delhi Judicial Services Exam?
It depends on whether your disability comes under the list of specific disabilities; if yes, you will be entitled to a 3% quota reserved for people with physical disabilities. If not, then your application will be dealt with in the same manner as that of able people.
Does the age limit for Delhi Higher Judicial Service eligibility differ from the eligibility for Delhi Judicial Services?
Yes. It should be less than 32 for Delhi Judicial Services and less than 45 for Delhi Higher Judicial Services. The applicants are also subject to certain relaxations as to the age limit if they are physically handicapped, have a visual or hearing impairment, or come from the SC, ST/PWD categories.
Is there any relaxation for the candidates suffering from visual or hearing impairments in the Delhi Judicial Services Exam recruitment? If yes, what is it?
Yes. The applicants who suffer from either hearing or visual impairments are given an extension of 10 years in the age limit.
