The Joint Entrance Examination, Main (JEE Main) registration process is over for the year 2025. National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the city intimation slip @jeemain.nta.ac.in for the candidates who registered and submitted the form. The admit cards will be also be released soon, probably on March 30 for the April 2, 3 and 4 B.Tech. exams. JEE Main Session 2 Application Form 2025 Closed

The JEE Main is an Entrance Examination for the admission in BE/B.Tech/B.Arch in NITs, IITs, and IIITs. The application process for JEE Main session 2 is now over which was done through online mode from February 1, 2025 to February 25, 2025. The application window is also closed which was opened for two days from Feb 27 to Feb 28, 2025.

JEE Main Application Form 2025 - Things to Remember

The application form filling process is divided into the JEE Main registration, filling up the personal and educational details, adding a scanned photograph & signature with the final payment. A valid photo ID proof will also be needed for the same. 

Here are a few points to be taken into consideration while filling the JEE Main Application Form 2025 -

• Before you fill the JEE Main Application form 2025, make sure that you have a valid Email ID to be used for registration. An active email ID and mobile number will be needed for confirmation and verification messages from NTA. 
• Another thing to take care of is the scanned photograph and signature. Make sure that you have the scanned versions available in the prescribed dimensions and sizes.
• While filling the JEE Main Application form 2025, you also need to make sure that you have your educational certificates and mark sheets are with you. All these details are to be taken care of. Even the name you add in the application form must be the same as that registered in 10+2 or equivalent examination.

Steps to Fill JEE Main Registration Form 2025

The candidates must submit the application form before the last date. Below are the steps to apply for recruitment.

Step 1: Visit the JEE Mains website. Click the link to register for JEE Mains Session 2.

Step 2: Fill in all the necessary details like name, father’s name, address, educational qualification, etc.

Step 3: Attach the required documents like SSC Certificate, Category Certificate etc.

Step 4: Upload your recent passport size photograph. You can use the Testbook Cropping Tool which helps you to upload Your Image & Signature in specific dimensions.

Step 5: Pay the required fees and click on the submit button.

Step 6: Download and take a printout of the application form for future reference.

Documents Required for JEE Main Registration 2025

Before filling the JEE Main application form 2025, candidates must ensure that they have the following ready with them-

JEE Main Application Form Correction Window [Active]

It is expected that the candidates will follow the above-mentioned process and will fill in the correct details. But sometimes, they end up filling incorrect details unintentionally. For situations such as those, NTA gives an option to rectify the issues and lets the candidate make the required corrections. 

• If any form is found to be incomplete or incorrect, NTA reserves the right to reject the application. Hence, this facility must be used wisely.
• The correction window for JEE Main 2025 opens after all the application forms are filled.
• The corrections could be made in the general details such as name, location, aadhar card number, category, language, mode of examination, communication address and the paper appearing for. 
• The scanned photographs, signature, and the exam city will not be editable.

JEE Main Eligibility Criteria to Fill the Form

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements to apply for the JEE Mains 2025, Session 2:

1. Candidates who have passed the Class 12 exam in 2023 or 2024, or are appearing for the exam in 2025, are eligible to apply.
2. There is no age limit for candidates applying for JEE Main.
3. For Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech), candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics in Class 12, along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or any Technical Vocational subject.
4. For Paper 2A (B. Arch), candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class 12.
5. For Paper 2B (B. Plan), candidates must have studied Mathematics in Class 12.
