Number of people not attending seminar from A is 100a × 60 /100 = 60a

Number of people attending seminar from A is 100a – 60a = 40a

Number of male attending seminar from A is 40a × 25 /100 =10a

Number of females attending seminar from A is 40a – 10a = 30a

Number of male who not attending seminar from A is 60a × 3 / 5 =36a

Number of females who not attending seminar from A is 60a – 36a = 24a

So, 30a = 600, a = 20.

Let number of people lived in city B is 100b.

Number of people not attending seminar from B is 100b × 40 /100 = 40b

Number of people attending seminar from B is 100b – 40b = 60b

Number of male attending seminar from B is 60b × 40/100 =24b

Number of females attending seminar from B is 60b – 24b = 36b
