IBPS PO 2025: Important Dates

The online registration dates for IBPS PO 2025 will be announced along with the official notification in August 2025 on www.ibps.in. The important dates for IBPS PO/MT CRP-XV 2025 will be updated in the table below once they are released.

IBPS PO Vacancy 2025

The IBPS PO vacancies for 2025 will be announced along with the official notification. Last year, IBPS released 3,955 vacancies for Probationary Officer and Management Trainee posts. The Central Bank of India had the highest number of vacancies, with 1,500 openings.

IBPS PO 2025 Registration Process

The registration for IBPS PO 2025 will be conducted entirely through online mode. There will be a single registration process for both the Preliminary and Mains exams. Candidates must ensure they have all the necessary documents ready in the prescribed format before applying. As per the official instructions, candidates are required to upload the following during registration:

• Photograph (20 kb to 50 kb in .jpeg format)
• Signature (10 kb to 20 kb in .jpeg format)
• Thumb Impression (20 kb to 50 kb in .jpeg format)
• Handwritten Declaration (50 kb to 100 kb in .jpeg format, format provided in the notification)
• Additionally, applicants will have to capture and upload a live photograph using a webcam or mobile phone during the application process. Ensure all uploads meet the file size and format requirements to avoid rejection of the application.

IBPS PO Application Process 2025 

As per the IBPS PO notification 2025 candidates can submit their applications online. Candidates must apply for the recruitment within the deadline specified by the authorities. Aspirants can fill out the IBPS PO Application Form by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Go to the official website to apply for the IBPS. Under 'Recent Updates' click the link for IBPS PO Recruitment. Click on 'New Registration'. Enter the required details and register yourself.

IBPS PO Recruitment 2025

Preliminary Examination

In the online preliminary examination, the IBPS authority selects candidates for the Mains examination. The exam will be an objective-type test for 100 marks.

Mains Examination

Candidates who qualify the Prelims will be eligible for the Mains. The exam will include objective as well as descriptive-type questions for 225 marks. Those who qualify this stage will be shortlisted for the interview.

Interview

The Nodal Bank of the respective State/ UT screens the candidates in the interview round. It carries a weightage of 100 marks.

Provisional Allotment

IBPS declares the provisional allotment for the candidates who qualify after the Mains exam and Interview round. The provisional allotment is made on the basis of candidate's performance, rank in the mains exam, reservation criteria and the preference of banks opted by the candidate at the time of application. Candidates can check their provisional allotment status on the official website of IBPS by login in through their registration details. The allotment is provisional and subject to verification of original documents and meeting eligibility criteria of the allotted bank. IBPS PO 2025 Eligibility Criteria

IBPS PO 2025 Syllabus
